One of the most extraordinary cases in our company's history took place in the year of 1995.

On the basis of a reference we were hired by a powerful interest group made of very rich individuals, of various nationalities, owners of great successful world companies from Russia, Europe and Asia, to conduct negotiations on great investment project on their behalf.

To be precise, our assignment was to negotiate with government of a beautiful Mediterranean country on investment in an island for the period of 25 years, in the total value of 250 million $. The project of investment implied exclusive rights for investing and using of all potentials on this spectacular Mediterranean island, as well as opening of the greatest casino in Europe, and perhaps in the world, taking over and building of the most beautiful marinas, hotels, sport objects, and reconstruction and building of the complete infrastructure.

Enormous resources would be invested also in the adaptation of historically valuable constructions that date back from the period between 15th and 18th century, and they would also invest enormous resources into advertising of the whole business, and of the island itself. Only the richest people would have access to this island.

As an authorized agency for conducting negotiations we did not have any limitations concerning the duration of these negotiations. We had unlimited budget means for the examining the market.

In order to gain the best possible information and services, we hired the most powerful and the most famous lawyer house in the same country. After only three months of our work, for which we were richly awarded, we had a clear situation concerning this project, but we continued negotiations for another three months on investor's request.

After our detailed examination of the market and legal possibilities and after long-lasting negotiations with the ministers from the government of this country, having considered all economic parameters and impossibility for the investor to get exclusive rights for the period of 25 years for the entire island, our response was that the circumstances for the investment were not favorable, and the team of our lawyers who were also interested in carrying out the project agreed with this.

Although we would gain the biggest profit in the history of our firm by realization of this project, on which the greatest world companies could envy us, we remained consistent to our evaluations, which were not positive for our client, the potential investor.

When this economically strong and powerful interest group heard our expose, and listened to our explanations, they put our proposition on vote. Three quarters of the representatives of this group supported our opinion, and one quarter of them was to take risks and decided to invest regardless of our negative judgment. This project was never carried out.

This experience of ours perhaps would not be that interesting if the following did not happen.

Based on the principle of trust we gained from the members of this investment group, we bought, for them individually and their companies, residential properties all over the world on the most fashionable locations.

As a special curiosity, we emphasize that we completed all the tasks of buying and selling for those respected gentlemen, and we must state that none of them ever showed up on the spot to see the property we were buying for them.

We carried out all these tasks with full legal security, and the buyers saw the complete documentation and properties only in photo-video presentation, which we had sent to them in the countries of their residence. This we consider one of the biggest proofs of trust and respect for our company in the tasks of buying and selling.
